About Hotspotting.com.au

The unfair advantage for real estate buyers

In real estate, where you buy is more important than what you buy. Buying in the right location for capital growth and good rental returns is the key issue. But finding the future hotspots is difficult for buyers.

Hotspotting.com.au is designed to make it easy. We have done the research for you to identify the future growth areas around Australia. We give you the inside edge by naming the locations we believe to be the future out-performers.
Our regularly-updated hotspots reports, location reports and special subscription reports are just a few clicks away through our easy-to-use online shop.

Our reports

We have gathered together the key information investors and home buyers need to purchase wisely. The information is compiled into three different types of reports:-

  • Premium Reports: These are key reports for people seeking to buy in a particular state or those looking nationally for a certain type of property. They include Top 10 Hotspots reports for the main states and National Top 10 Hotspots reports for Boom Towns, Ugly Ducklings, Cheapies with Prospects and Best Buys. These reports contain over 50 pages of information. The Premium Reports, which also include two annual reports (the No Go Zones and the Iconomics report), are priced at $121 including GST.
  • Location Reports: Buyers who know the specific area in which they want to buy can save money by buying a Location Report. The website contains Location Reports on specific areas in all of the six states. We confine these reports to the areas we believe have particular prospects for property buyers. The Location Reports typically contain three to five pages of information and cost $33 including GST.
  • Subscription Reports: The website offers two types of Subscription Reports. The Ryder Report is an annual subscription of four quarterly reports, each containing over 80 pages of information on the national property market and prospects in each of the eight states & territories. The annual subscription costs $385 including GST, with quarterly reports sent to subscribers in March, June, September and December. The other Subscription Report is Newslink, which is a free monthly compilation of hotspotting.com.au articles. It is send to subscribers at the end of each month.
