Kerin is an experienced researcher, writer and visual artist. She completed a Social Science degree at Monash University, before continuing studies at Victoria University.
Prior to becoming a writer for hotspotting.com.au, she contributed her report writing skills to a range of community organisations and local government in Victoria, New South Whales and Queensland.
As a visual artist, Kerin is especially aware of the effect colour and decorating styles can have on determining property values. Her advice on colour has been sought on a number of properties.
