Disclaimer

The locations I nominate as hotspots result from my analysis of the property market, using knowledge gathered during my 27 years as a real estate researcher, writer and investor. I do not, however, have a crystal ball. There are no guarantees in real estate investment.

I urge consumers to do their own research before buying property - and seek advice from independent valuers and solicitors before signing contracts.

Delivery and Refund Policy

Customers of hotspotting.com.au who buy reports receive their reports via an email, which provides a link to download the report. The system is designed to generate the email and download link immediately after the credit card transaction has been approved.

If a customer does not receive the report link, or has difficulties in accessing the report, they are invited to contact Terry Ryder via email (ryder@hotspotting.com.au) or phone (07 5494 2575) and the report will be transmitted via direct email.

Customers who experience unreasonable delays in receiving their reports will be sent an additional report free of charge. Customers who believe a report is not fair value-for-money will receive a full refund.
