Infrastructure Hotspots: Educational and Medical

Infrastructure Hotspots: Educational and Medical

Many of the leading growth areas of our major cities have a standout feature in common: they have hospital and university facilities at the centre of the precinct.

In Adelaide an outstanding precinct for long-term capital growth in a cluster of suburbs near the Flinders University and Flinders medical precinct. In Melbourne, a cluster of in the western suburbs - which has the Sunshine Hospital and two major campuses of Victoria University - has several locations with outstanding growth rates.

It’s common for major medical and educational facilities to be located in the same area of our biggest cities. The presence of these complexes means many thousands of teachers, students, doctors, nurses and other professional staff coming into the area to work each day – and that translates into strong local demand for housing.

The Infrastructure Hotspots: Educational-medical report has been compiled to highlight the locations around Australia which have good prospects for future capital growth through the presence of this combination of medical and educational facilities.

The report contains 60 pages of information on key educational-medical infrastructure projects around Australia and Terry Ryder’s Top 10 hotspots tips.
