The Ryder Report

 The Ryder Report

The big hurdle for property investors is the need to research before committing hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy.

The information is all out there – but it takes time and resources to gather it. Investors need a regular report that presents all the essential details in one neat package.

The Ryder Report is designed to answer this need. This is a quarterly subscription newsletter which contains all the crucial economic, infrastructure, population and real estate details that underpin the property market. It tells you, state-by-state, which areas are set to boom, which have passed their peak and which ones need to be avoided. There’s a special segment devoted to identifying cheap areas with growth prospects – and, at the opposite end of the scale, a “blue sky” segment featuring prime spots for luxury property.

It alerts you to major project announcements that will impact on individual markets and advises where the best income returns can be found.

There is information on city median prices and rents, alerts on key legal matters, information about interest rates and “buyer beware” alerts. If there has been

  • a major government announcement, or
  • a key infrastructure proposal, or
  • a change to CGT laws, or
  • a court ruling, or
  • a key change in a particular market,

...that affects the real estate market, The Ryder Report will provide information about it.

A full-year subscription costs $350 (plus GST for Australian residents, providing a total annual cost of $385 for those living in Australia). Those who subscribe will receive the current edition of The Ryder Report instantly and three quarterly updates later – i.e. a total of four editions per year.

Ryder Report quarterly issues are released in the last fortnight of September, December, March and June. If you subscribe up to 4 weeks prior to the release of a new issue, you will receive the current issue for free followed by 4 subsequent editions.
