The Central Coast is well past the peak of the most recent growth cycle, but remains a market will long-term appeal.

With the Australian Tax Office establishing a presence, bringing 600 employees to Gosford, the Central Coast can expect to benefit from further government spending on infrastructure under the Central Coast Regional Plan 2036.
Warnervale is destined to become a master-planned town, helping to absorb the expected influx of 75,000 people in the next 20 years. Expanded educational and medical facilities will feature highly in its landscape as the region grows.
