Campbelltown City, North-western suburbs of Adelaide
Ongoing research by Hotspotting over the past few years has shown Campbelltown City to be one of the steadiest and most reliable markets in Adelaide.
More recently, with the rise in sales activity across the South Australian capital, many of the suburbs of the Campbelltown LGA have become growth markets, with a steady rise in sales activity.
The Summer 2018 edition of The Price Predictor Index published by Hotspotting says: “The Campbelltown LGA, which previously stood out for the number of suburbs with consistent sales performance, has emerged in the past two surveys as a growth market, with five suburbs with rising sales activity.
“They include Hectorville, Athelstone, Campbelltown, Magill and Rostrevor - most of which have median house prices in the $500,000s.”
The precinct is attracting growing attention from buyers because of its stock of good quality homes at affordable prices, within a short distance of the Adelaide CBD.
This report covers the suburbs of Athelstone, Campbelltown, Hectorville, Magill, Newton, Paradise, Rostrevor and Tranmere.
