Campbelltown City, North-western suburbs of Adelaide
Ongoing research by Hotspotting over the past few years has shown Campbelltown City to be one of the steadiest and most reliable markets in Adelaide.
Adelaide itself is a standout market in capital city Australia. Its consistency of sales performance is remarkable and two-thirds of its suburbs have had price growth in the past year.
According to the SA Property Landscape report by BDO and Land Services SA, the 9.75% increase in land values in Campbelltown City Council was the highest across Adelaide in 2018 and the highest rate of growth since 2012.
Extensive construction work is under way in the Adelaide CBD, just a 20-minute drive from Campbelltown. The breadth of these projects is creating work opportunities for a diverse range of job seekers who in turn, are driving demand for housing.
The precinct is attracting growing attention from buyers because of its stock of good quality homes at affordable prices, within a short distance of the Adelaide CBD.
Examples include Hectorville, which features in the Spring 2019 edition of The Price Predictor Index as one of the National Top 50 Supercharged Suburbs.
