The Melville LGA has emerged as one of the leaders of Perth’s fightback and now has multiple suburbs with growing sales activity. Sales have increased in Attadale, Bicton, Booragoon, Kardinya, Melville and Palmyra - and price growth is now evident in the more expensive suburbs.
