Arrow considers LNG funding options

Arrow Energy says it is considering a range of options to finance a $1.3 billion LNG plant at Gladstone. The company says it may look for an infrastructure partner to build a pipeline from the Surat Basin to the new Fisherman's Landing plant. Arrow says petroleum company Shell will hand over $US133 million once a decision is made to go ahead, followed by another $66 million when the plant reaches gas production of one million tonnes a year. That is expected to happen in 2013.
