OECD back Aust stimulus measures

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development has endorsed Australia's economic stimulus measures, saying the strategy will save 200,000 jobs. The OECD's annual employment oulook says Australia will be one of the Western nations to suffer the least in the global economic downturn. The Paris-based think tank funded by 30 Western governments says there are growing signs the worst may be over worldwide and that a recovery is in sight.
