World Park Towers in Adelaide to proceed

Despite delays earlier this year, Axiom has decided to go ahead with its three-tower World Park development on a 3ha site in Keswick on Adelaide’s CBD fringe. Axiom says 7000m2 of the first tower will be occupied by environmental engineers Coffey International and negotiations are under way with tenants for the remaining 40%. Axoim has a deal to develop office buildings for Coffey International in each of Australia’s capital cities. It is expected the first tower will be open for business by March 2010 with the other two towers completed later that year. Axiom is also planning a $175 million bulky goods development 10km north of Adelaide in a  joint venture with Charter Hall and Harvey Norman.
