How access works
A few important terms so you know exactly how the data can be used before you come on board.
A 12-month commitment
Getting you set up properly takes preparation — integration, configuration and onboarding. To do that work well, plans begin with a minimum 12-month term, then continue month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
Internal & secure use
The API is licensed for use inside your own business, or behind a secure environment that requires a username and password — such as a client or member portal. It's built to power your tools and your team.
Not for public websites
Hotspotting data must not be displayed on publicly accessible websites. Public display is only permitted with prior written approval from a Hotspotting director.
Where data is displayed, it must be attributed “Powered by Hotspotting”. Full terms are set out in the API Data Licence Agreement, governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
