Terry Ryder boasts an extensive career spanning over 40 years as a distinguished researcher and writer in residential real estate. Through his role as a property analyst and writer, Terry has authored four nationally-recognised books on the subject matter.
In 2006, he established hotspotting.com.au, which aims to identify and analyse hotspots and emerging markets for property investors and professionals.
Terry's profound expertise and invaluable insights from actual interviews by mainstream television, radio, and print media have regularly addressed pertinent real estate concerns. His reputation as a knowledgeable authority has propelled countless investors toward successful property outcomes.
Tim has been working in the real estate and financial sectors since 2011. He has held various positions including Global Sales Director with an international property platform and Chief Operating Officer for an Australian logistics firm.
In addition to being an expert in the Australian market, Tim has vast experience across the US, Latin America, Europe, UAE and Asian real estate markets.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration, is a licensed mortgage broker and is also a corporate estate agent in Victoria and Queensland. He is an avid property investor himself.
