We offer two styles of report – Location Reports and Market Profile Reports.
Hotspotting has the resources to write detailed analysis reports of property locations across Australia. They can focus on a town, suburb, local government area or city precinct. We can provide samples of our standard format reports.
Custom Location Reports that fit our standard format are $1,200+gst for BAI members – saving $300 on each report.
This fee entitles you to freely distribute these reports, with your branding, to your clients.
For more extensive reports we can quote a fee after receiving a detailed brief from the client.
