Strategy Sessions

When you go down the property investment path, you will be presented with a number of decisions that can dictate the success of your investment. A one-on-one strategy session is an invaluable tool in your investment strategy, providing an experienced sounding board for those important decisions.

These 45-minute sessions will allow you to ask questions and discuss your plans in more detail, drawing upon the Hotspotting team’s experience, knowledge and extensive data resources.

A  Strategy Session provides a 45 minute one-on-one consultation via Zoom to discuss your specific circumstances, your goals, your issues and how to make decisions to move forward.
When you are uncertain of how to proceed, a conversation with someone with hard-won experience and expertise could make a critical difference.

Terry Ryder

Terry Ryder boasts an extensive career spanning over 40 years as a distinguished researcher and writer in the field of residential real estate. Throughout his career, Terry has authored four noteworthy books on the subject matter. In 2006, he established hotspotting.com.au, which aims to aid investors and real estate professionals in identifying optimal locations for property investment.

Terry’s profound expertise and invaluable insights often attract interviews by mainstream television, radio, and print media platforms, where he regularly addresses pertinent real estate concerns. His reputation as a knowledgeable authority has prompted countless invitations to deliver public speeches, solidifying his status as a highly sought-after public speaker.

Tim Graham

Tim has been working in the real estate and financial sectors since 2011. He has held various positions, including Global Sales Director with an international property platform and Chief Operating Officer at one of Australia’s largest finance and investment firms.

In addition to being an expert in the Australian market, Tim has vast experience across the US, Latin America, Europe, UAE and Asian real estate markets. He holds a Masters in Business Administration, is a licensed mortgage broker and is licensed as a corporate estate agent in Victoria and Queensland. He is an avid property investor himself.
