Huge Congratulations ot Kate & Nicola whose book The Female Investor: Creating Wealth, Security & Freedom Through Property was named the winner in the personal finance and investment category at the 2022 Australian Business Book Awards (ABBAs).
The Female Investor was written by Sunshine Coast local, Nicola McDougall, who is a successful finance and property journalist, property investor, and chair of the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA), and Sydney buyers’ agent and Qualified Property Investment Adviser Kate Hill from Adviseable.
“We were hoping to be named as a finalist in our category, but to win the award was truly mind blowing,” Ms McDougall said.
“The result means so much to both of us, especially since the property and real estate sector has generally been a male-dominated industry, well, not anymore!”
