The Greater Brisbane market has gone to another level with its recent recovery, following a major surge in the number of suburbs with positive rankings. We’ve just completed our latest quarterly survey of sales activity for Brisbane and it reveals that there are now 83 suburbs ranked as rising markets, compared with 38 three months
