What is Australia’s Most Consistent City?
Adelaide entered the virus shutdown with more suburbs with rising momentum than Sydney. That fact alone says something powerful about the nation’s most under-rated capital city market. Sydney has been a rising market, with a marked increase in the number of suburbs with upward momentum in late 2019/early 2020, but Adelaide has done better.
