A series of recent reports confirm that Australia, generally speaking, has a shortage of real estate for sale at a time of rising demand, which puts pressure on prices. Brisbane is a prime example.

The latest price index figures from SQM Research show that price growth rates are rising in several cities – with one capital city in particular beginning to shine.
